Never skip proteins
HCG diet experts explain that you can occasionally skip fresh fruit per day, but you should never skip protein. Protein is essential for cellular function and recovery, plus it keeps you feeling full for longer and helps to build lean muscle. Always eat your protein sources and try to eat them all.
